As the friendly face and first point of contact at our Parkwood clinic, Naomi takes pride in welcoming our clients with warmth, compassion and professionalism.
Naomi believes that kindness and empathy can make a significant difference in someone’s mental health journey. Her commitment to mental health advocacy extends to her daily interactions with clients, where she strives to create an atmosphere of trust and understanding with each client that comes through our doors.
Naomi’s background involves working as a manager in the retail and hospitality sector for 10 years, as well as 5 years as a care worker in the Disability and Aged Care sector before joining Mind on Health.
Beyond being one of our superstar receptionist here at Mind on Health, Naomi is also a mother to her 13 year old son, and has a little girl on the way very soon.
In her down time, Naomi enjoys spending time with her family, footy and exploring the Gold Coast.
